How to Manage a Lower League in FM 2011
I also decided to let go most of my players, some of my coaches again. I hired 5 new coaches. I loaned 1 player Nicholas Hamm (Striker, Olympique de Marseille). I signed 16 new players for different positions for £8.25million. Again,Oakley Occhiali, getting all these players was not easy. I did offer about 30-40 players to join my Barnet team, only managed to get only 9 players to support my campaign in EPL. I also sold 9 players for £8.25 Million; I also let go 3 players to accommodate my new signees.
I choose to be a manager of Barnet. The first day as a Barnet Manager,Oakley Pas Cher, I checked my squad. I found many hole in all position. I then signed several players who I think will help me to stay in this league. I signed Steven Foley (Winger, Midfielder) for free with £675 per week for 2 years, Przemyslaw Kazimierczak (Goalkeeper) for free with £375 per week for 3 years, Ryan Brett (Wing Back,Gucci Handbags hot sale, Fullback) for free with £300 per week for 3 years, and Andrew Callaghan (Wing Back - Right) for free with £950 per week for 3 years.
So my journey as a Barnet Manager began. Friendly matches had been up and down. I managed to win 2 wins,Oakley Italy, 2 losses and 1 draw. I have 3 more friendly matches before I start my season against Lincoln, then MK Dons,France Oakley, and Shrewsbury.

mostly play with 4-1-2-1-2 formation with defensive/normal mentality,Vendere hogan 2012. I play direct passing style and high speed tempo. My team position width is narrow and time wasting is played sometimes as well. Defensive line is playing deep. Focus passing is done through middle section of the playing field. The tactic is shown as follow. I also check the counter attack strategy.
