You will adjust. Arch support killed me at first,Gucci Handbags, too. Also, the single thing that cured my plantar fasciitis was Powerstep insoles. My doc recommended them, and they worked a treat. The nice thing about them is that you can use them in many different shoes.
There are special socks you can buy to stretch your fascia while you sleep, but I found them really uncomfortable. Morning stretches did better for me.
I found arch support to be way worse for my plantar fascitis/hip pain/back pain than flat shoes. I only wear flat shoes, such as tennis shoes or Toms or ballet flats. Much better than the spongy,Vendere hogan 2012, supportive tennis shoes I wore for years thinking it would help.

I have flat feet and here's the thing,Oakley Italy, not having arches means you need really good arch support. So said my podiatrist, and he was right. since I started wearing good shoes like New Balance and not just cheap canvas shoes,France Oakley, my feet have been less sore. You will adjust. Also, do exercises like making the alphabet with your foot.
My podiatrist also gave me one of these arch huggers (not necessarily that brand but it looked the same) and it helped to wear it for a few weeks, and then anytime my feet got sore again. Try them out!

I had PF too. Everyone recommends orthotics,Gucci Outlet Online, but I have found the most effective thing for me is acupuncture with a traditional Chinese doctor and stretching. Also, I now run with Nike Frees instead of my pricey cushioned shoes with orthotic inserts. The PF has disappeared. YMMV, of course.

I have a different foot problem that makes being barefoot difficult, and that's a pain in the ass for me I don't really feel relaxed at home if I'm wearing shoes. The compromise solution for me has been to wear Crocs. They offer enough support so that my feet don't hurt, but they're looseygoosey enough that I don't feel annoyed at having them on.

I just visited the podiatrist after almost two years of pretending this would go away. I suggest you give in and do the same I wish I had!
Also, I suggest taping your feet, 24 hours at a time. Feels delightful after days of foot pain. Try Nexcare's Clear tape. Whichever brand you use, remove it with rubbing alcohol or antibacterial gel, in order to avoid inflaming your skin with constant adhesive ripping.
